Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Ufa. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the final design meets their requirements. Your role will also involve managing budgets, timelines, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Excellent design skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Nationality preference: Indian

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed designs of commercial buildings using computer programs or by hand sketching
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to plan construction methods and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plans and meets quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
