Online Tutor (Indian Nationals preferred)


We are seeking experienced and qualified tutors to join our online tutoring platform. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality online educational sessions to students from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities:
- Conduct online tutoring sessions with students according to their academic needs
- Create lesson plans and materials based on the student's curriculum and learning goals
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to continuously improve teaching methods
- Stay updated on new teaching methods and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Fluent in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of online teaching platforms and tools
- Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and webcam

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This is a remote position based in Sheduva, India. Own visa holders preferred.
