Indian Restaurant Manager in Nakuru
We are seeking a highly experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nakuru. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer experience
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain a positive working environment for all employees
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and inventory management
- Fluency in English is preferred
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month. Accommodation will not be provided. Applicants must have their own valid visa to work in Kenya.
