Indian Restaurant Manager in Nakuru

Our busy restaurant in Nakuru is seeking an experienced and driven Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a profitable business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional manner
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
