We are currently seeking an experienced Smelter to join our team in Nakuru. As a Smelter, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our smelting equipment and processes, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality metal products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment such as furnaces, ladles, and casting machines
- Monitor and adjust smelting processes to ensure the production of high-quality metal products
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Smelter in a similar role
- Experience operating smelting equipment including furnaces, ladles, and casting machines
- Knowledge of smelting processes and procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1200/month

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own visa that allows them to work in Kenya. We welcome applications from Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
