We are searching for a skilled and dynamic Fullstack Developer to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications. Your primary focus will be on the front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as back-end development using Python, Java, or other languages. You should have a strong understanding of web development principles and be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to ensure high-quality code and user-friendly interfaces
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in fullstack development, or equivalent education/training
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python/Java (or other back-end languages)
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Familiarity with database design and management (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Good understanding of web development principles (HTTP protocols, REST APIs)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
