We are currently hiring for a Concierge to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their needs are met during their stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities and services
- Book reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities
- Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
