Part-Time Concierge in Bergen, Norway



We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Norway

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)
