Entry-Level Concierge in Bergen, Norway
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Concierge in Bergen, Norway. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist with luggage, deliveries, and other requests as needed
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as requested
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and managing reservations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of reservation systems is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or eligible to work in Norway without sponsorship
- Accommodation can be provided if needed
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300 USD per month. This may be negotiable depending on experience.
