Our bakery in Alta, Norway is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious pastries, breads, and other baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Mix ingredients according to recipes to create doughs or batters
- Bake items in ovens or other baking equipment
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings or fillings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are completed on time
