Warehouse Assistant (Osijek, Croatia)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within our warehouse. You will also assist with inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents
- Unload trucks and transport materials to designated storage areas
- Organize and stock shelves with products according to company standards
- Pick and pack orders for shipment to customers
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by sweeping, dusting, and removing trash
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or damaged products to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Proficient in operating forklifts/pallet jacks (certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Croatian language skills also beneficial)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
