Data Analyst

The data analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide insights and inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. The ideal candidate should have experience with data visualization tools, SQL databases, and statistical analysis software. They should also have a strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy
- Analyze data using statistical methods and produce reports
- Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL databases and statistical analysis software (e.g. R, SAS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) preferred
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
