We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural plans for various projects. This position requires a strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
- Develop detailed architectural plans using specialized software
- Create 3D models and visualizations of proposed designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for designs
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract job offering a salary of 1200$ per month.
