Job Title: Online Consultant - Bergen


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Bergen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries through various online channels
- Understand and assess client needs to provide suitable solutions and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively assist clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for online support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or consultancy role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work without accommodation in Bergen
