We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Bergen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals without experience in the field, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media
- Understand and address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding our products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize and problem-solve
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat platforms, email, and social media
- Basic knowledge of computers and the internet
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
