Part-time Industrial Architect in Bergen, Norway

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Bergen on a part-time basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your main goal will be to ensure that these structures are functional, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Analyze building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance
- Select appropriate materials and construction techniques for each project
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop plans that meet all requirements
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bergen, Norway. However, remote work may be possible depending on the project.
