As a Moderator in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging online community for our users in Alta, Norway. You will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to moderate user-generated content and handle any issues or conflicts that may arise. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our platform to maintain a positive and respectful community.
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action against any violations.
- Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve community engagement strategies.
- Analyze user behavior and provide insights to help improve user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online community management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a moderator or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and other digital communication tools.
