We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel located in the beautiful city of Alta, Norway. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Make recommendations and reservations for restaurants, activities, and transportation
- Arrange special requests such as flowers, gifts, or special amenities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of current events and local activities to provide up-to-date recommendations to guests
- Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
