Mason Supervisor
We are a construction company based in Dickirch seeking an experienced and skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all masonry work on our projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all masonry work on construction sites
- Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and supervise masonry workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment for all workers, adhering to safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor materials and equipment inventory, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during projects, finding solutions quickly to minimize delays
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any changes or concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
