Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Salalah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (preferred but not required)
- No previous experience required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and drinks
- Take accurate orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of the order
- Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or requests promptly
- Process payments using POS system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with training opportunities for career growth. This position is open to all applicants including foreigners.
