Welder (English Speaking) - Khasab, Egypt



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Khasab, Egypt. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks to support the construction and maintenance of structures and equipment. This includes using various welding techniques and tools to join metal parts, repairing damaged metal components, and ensuring all welds meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding tasks according to blueprints, drawings, or specifications
- Operate various welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Inspect materials for defects or imperfections before beginning welding process
- Clean and prepare surfaces prior to welding
- Repair damaged metal components by cutting out damaged sections and replacing with new metal pieces
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and wearing protective gear
- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to complete projects on time

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Welder in a similar role
- Proficient in using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Must be willing to relocate to Khasab, Egypt if not already residing there

Salary: 1800$
