Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant in the beautiful city of Lom. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate orders from guests and enter them into the system
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by checking in with them regularly
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- No previous experience required
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
