Job Title: Office Assistant - Jerusalem, Israel
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Jerusalem, Israel. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Assist with basic accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing or budget tracking
