Sales Manager for Foreign Market in Ashdod, Israel
We are a growing company in Ashdod, Israel and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our foreign market sales team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and expand our customer base in foreign markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales in foreign markets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Manage a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress
- Prepare sales reports for management
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in foreign markets
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead a team towards success
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. This is a contract position with the opportunity for permanent employment. We also provide assistance with obtaining a work visa if needed.
