We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales and meet targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure their success

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a team
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
