Administrative Assistant - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position is suitable for men and does not require previous experience or accommodation as it is a contract job with visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
