Software Tester
The Software Tester will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in software testing, knowledge of testing methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and project managers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications
- Identify, log, and track defects found during testing
- Work closely with developers to understand system requirements and ensure thorough test coverage
- Conduct manual testing as well as automated testing using tools such as Selenium or JMeter
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize testing efforts based on project timelines
- Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improving software quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies related to software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of software testing techniques and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar
- Experience writing clear and concise bug reports
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Location: Las Vegas (open to remote work)
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
