We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Typesetter to join our publishing team in Las Vegas. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text, images, and other visual elements into appealing layouts for print and digital publications. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Format text, images, and other elements according to design specifications using computer software
- Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and consistency throughout the layout
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and quality of final product
- Make necessary adjustments to layout based on feedback from team members
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in typesetting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent knowledge of typography principles and design elements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in text or layout
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1400/month
