Online Consultant - Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our dynamic team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an Online Consultant, your main responsibility will be providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels such as chat, email, and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests through online channels
- Provide accurate information and recommendations to clients regarding our services and products
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and technical issues related to our online platform
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as chat, email, and phone
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary:
1300 USD per month.
Location:
Triesen, Liechtenstein. This position is open to all nationalities.
