A reputable flower shop in Al-Kuwait is seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. We are looking for someone with a passion for flowers, an eye for design, and the ability to create beautiful arrangements that exceed our customers' expectations.

As our Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging various floral displays including bouquets, centerpieces, and other decorative pieces. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a florist, preferably in a retail setting. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral arrangements based on customer requests and preferences
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of events when needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a florist in a retail setting
- Creative eye for design
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month, along with accommodation. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who have their own visa.
