We are hiring a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop.

Requirements:
- Experience in floral design and arrangement
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Valid visa sponsorship for non-Kuwaiti nationals

Responsibilities:
- Creating unique and attractive flower arrangements based on client requests
- Assisting customers with their selection of flowers and providing recommendations
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times
- Managing customer orders, payments, and deliveries
- Collaborating with other team members to fulfill large orders or events
