Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Nakuru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, along with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files for the company
- Oversee administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Monitor and manage office budget and expenses
- Assist with HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure efficient use of office equipment and technology systems
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as maintenance or repairs
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in office management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
