Hotel Sales Manager - Eldoret, Kenya
We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives. Your role will involve building strong relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and negotiation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor competition within the market and make recommendations to stay ahead
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
