Construction Manager - Dubai, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a leading construction company in Dubai, seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As an Indian national, you will have a strong understanding of the local construction industry and be able to effectively manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project finances, including cost control measures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software

Salary: 1700$ per month
