Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, overseeing food preparation and presentation, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that cater to the preferences of our customers while maintaining the authenticity of our cuisine
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including ingredient sourcing, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to health code standards
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve our menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with management, staff, and vendors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also adhering to established recipes
- Familiarity with health code regulations for food safety
Salary:
We offer a salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
