Online Consultant for E-commerce Company in Sheduva, Nepal
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our e-commerce company in Sheduva, Nepal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers through various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via live chat, email, and phone.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Keep track of customer interactions and update records accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language (written & spoken).
- Proficient in English language (written & spoken) is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Sheduva, Nepal. However, due to the nature of the job being online, candidates from all over Nepal are welcome to apply.
