Merchandiser for International Retail Company in Nakuru

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at an international retail company in Nakuru. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that products are properly priced and promoted. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays that attract customers and promote sales
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock
- Work closely with the buying team to select products for display based on sales trends and customer demand
- Set up promotional materials and ensure they are properly displayed throughout the store
- Price products accurately and update pricing as needed
- Conduct regular store walks to identify areas for improvement or restocking
- Communicate with customers about promotions or new products in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
