Office Manager - Administrative Assistant
We are a dynamic and growing company in the heart of Acre, and we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Answer phone calls and emails, handle correspondence, and schedule meetings.
- Provide administrative support to all departments, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and employees.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations by overseeing administrative tasks and assisting with special projects.
- Manage office expenses and maintain budget records.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred).
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
