Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and responding to emails and phone calls
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and files
- Create and maintain a welcoming and organized office environment
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures
- Train new employees on office procedures
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding/offboarding employees
- Handle any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)

1300$ per month
