Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Acre. As an English-speaking office, we welcome candidates from Kenya and other foreign countries who have a biometric passport. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Help coordinate travel arrangements for team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred but not required
- Proven experience working in an office environment or similar administrative role is preferred but not required
Salary: Starting at $1700 per month
Location: Acre, Israel
Note: This position is open to both Kenyan nationals and foreigners who meet the requirements. Candidates must have a biometric passport for ease of travel.
