We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology needs. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, and ensuring the security and functionality of our systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of all systems
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support company goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing proper backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
