Construction Manager for Women in Las Vegas

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Las Vegas. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Experience working with women in the construction industry (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion
- Ensure that projects adhere to all safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Review contracts and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices for materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
