Office Assistant - Administrative Support (Os, Norway)
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative support in our busy office in Os, Norway. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications, managing schedules and appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management and staff
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.
