Call Center Representative
We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing efficient and effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
- Providing accurate information about products or services to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining detailed records of all interactions with customers
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (visa sponsorship available)
