We are currently seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our growing team in Vilnius. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing websites that meet our clients' needs and requirements. You must have a strong understanding of current web design trends and techniques, as well as experience in user interface design and development.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to understand project goals and requirements
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites
- Create user-friendly interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate
- Develop responsive designs for optimal viewing across different devices
- Ensure website designs are consistent with brand guidelines
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to improve designs
- Stay updated on current web design trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Excellent visual design skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- A keen eye for detail

Salary: 1200$ per month
