Job Title: Part-Time Architectural Technologist
Location: Oslo, Norway
Salary: 1300$ per month (based on experience and qualifications)


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Oslo. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building codes. In this role, you will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings and plans for residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for drawings
- Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies in the architectural field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
