We are a fast-growing technology company in Alta, seeking an experienced and talented Android Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionalities, as well as maintaining and improving our existing mobile applications. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Android development process and is passionate about creating user-friendly and innovative apps.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Android app development
- Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on large-scale mobile applications with millions of users
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI
