Loader Operator
Location: Alta, Canada


We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Alta, Canada. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and move materials such as dirt, gravel, and other materials on construction sites or in other industrial settings. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders including front-end, backhoe, and skid steer loaders.
- Load and move materials around construction sites or other industrial settings.
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain the loader by performing regular maintenance tasks such as greasing, oil changes, and replacing worn parts.
- Keep track of materials loaded and unloaded.
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate with site supervisors to coordinate material movement.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks for loaders.
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and follow safety procedures.
- Must have strong hand-eye coordination and physical strength to operate the machinery.
- Valid driver's license is required.
