As a Loader Operator in Alta, Norway, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials within construction sites. This role requires physical strength and good hand-eye coordination as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and move materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and other construction materials
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating loaders is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is an asset
