Indian Baker in Nairobi, Kenya


Our bakery in Nairobi is seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team. As an Indian Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of traditional Indian baked goods, such as naan bread, samosas, and other sweet and savory treats. Your main duties will include preparing dough, baking and decorating goods, and ensuring quality control. You must have a passion for Indian cuisine and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough according to traditional Indian recipes
- Bake and decorate a variety of Indian baked goods
- Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train and supervise junior staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong understanding of baking techniques
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing long hours

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
